Why Verdeland Homes
A family tradition, built forward.
Homebuilding was part of my life long before Verdeland Homes. My father spent more than thirty years in the business, and my uncle built homes as well. Watching them taught me that a builder’s reputation is earned one house — and one homeowner — at a time.
I founded Verdeland Homes in 2001 to carry that tradition forward in my own name. Since then, Verdeland Homes has completed more than 130 recorded sales in Nassau County — every one in the public record, and I’ll point you to them.

How it works
One builder.
Verdeland Homes is me. I handle the lots, the plans, the permits, the site and the finishes. There's no sales department and no project manager between us — if something about one of my houses isn't right, it's mine to fix.
When a home is for sale, a licensed real estate agent handles the listing, showings and paperwork. Contact us with a question, and we'll put you in touch with the right person.
